Healthy Recipes from NHW &Co.

As with most things in life, living agelessly requires a little bit of effort.  I would like to take some of the effort away by sharing with you some of my favorite recipes and daily rituals.  For those of you that know me personally, surely at one time or another, I've shared some healthy samples with you.  Since so many of you have asked for the recipes, here they are.  You can find the items I mention below on the "products" section of this website.  Enjoy!

Morning Vanilla Breakfast Shake: 

I use a little blender for this that is just like the "Magic Bullet" you see on television. Any blender will due.  Combine all the ingredients in the blender, and blend on high for about 30 seconds (or until ice is crushed).  This will make a tropical vanilla tasting shake.  While I call it a breakfast shake, it is wonderful anytime of the day.

4     large ice cubes - more ice and less water for a thicker shake (or vice versa)

8     ounces of purified or distilled water

2     scoops of Isagenix Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake

2     ounces of Via Viente drink

1     teaspoon of Mannatech Ambrotose AO Powder

1     scoop of Isagenix IsaFruits powder

1     tablespoon of Isagenix IsaFuel (Hulled Hemp Seed)

1     dropper of Or-Ion SET Minerals

2     tablespoons of Or-Ion Organic Virgin Coconut Oil

3     capsules (opened and poured in) Greenwood Ellagic Acid

 

Morning Chocolate Breakfast Shake:

This shake is almost the same as the one above, just a few different ingredients.  Prepare the same way.

4     large ice cubes - more ice and less water for a thicker shake

8     ounces of purified or distilled water

2     scoops of Isagenix Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake

1     teaspoon of Mannatech Ambrotose AO powder

1     ounce of MXI Activ dark chocolate powder - premixed according to directions

1     scoop of Isagenix IsaFruits powder

1     dropper of Or-Ion SET Minerals

1     tablespoon of Isagenix IsaFuel (Hulled Hemp Seed)

 

Evening Chicken Soup:

Sometimes, I prefer a hot meal replacement instead of the shake.  Even though it doesn't snow here in Florida, we think it get pretty chilly during the winter nights.  Nothing like getting cozy with a warm bowl of chicken soup!  Cook the noodles separately on the stove, then add to the soup when warm.  Feel free to add any vegetables.

Combine and Heat (only heat until warm enough to eat, any hotter than 118 degrees and you start to lose all the good stuff ).

2        scoops of Isagenix Chicken Soup

6-8    ounces of purified or distilled water

1        dropper of Or-Ion SET Minerals

1/2     clove of fresh crushed or minced garlic

1/2     teaspoon Italian seasoning blend (or oregano and basil)

1/4     teaspoon pepper

Add as many noodles as you want, but try for organic.

 

Evening Tomato Soup:

You can make tomato soup the exact same way as the chicken.  I prefer to eliminate the garlic and add a little bit of ground cumin and cayenne pepper to spice it up.
